Thermal Spa Programmes

We have designed a series of thermal spa programmes for those who need or would like to try hydrotherapy but are unsure of which type of treatment to choose.
You will be able to choose the programme that best meets your needs, as well as its duration (7, 12 or 14 days). Programme members will also be given the opportunity to benefit from lower hotel rates (minimum of 6 nights).
The prices listed are mere examples. All our health programmes, namely our thermal spa programmes, are customised in order to meet the individual needs of each guest.

Medical SPA Programmes

Our Medical Spa concept encompasses a series of integrated services. We use a step-by-step approach to design our customised Medical Spa programmes:

• A specialised multidisciplinary team will conduct an assessment and reach a diagnosis, after analysing the patient’s medical profile;

• The team will design an integrated therapy and food re-education programme, to be followed by the patient during their stay;

• The patient will be followed up after they leave.

We owe the success of our Medical Spa programmes to the natural, unspoilt environment of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, as well as our carefully designed programmes, the advanced therapeutic methods available at the AQUADOME Mountain Spa and, last but not least, the relaxing environment and balanced diet our guests are able to enjoy at the H2otel.
