INTEGRATED WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

 

The concept

Under the motto "our body is our home or business card", the Integrated Weight Management programs collect the best of the experience gained in 10 years of Medical Spa practice and the recognition obtained from ESPA (European Spa Association) with the special jury prize as Innovative Medical Spa, now presenting itself as a specialist in Integrated Weight Management.

More than gaining or losing weight, this health philosophy is only possible with personalized programs, adapted to the specific needs of each client.

 

They are aimed at those who advocate achieving different objectives:
- weight loss;
- weight maintenance;
- weight gain;

Our programs (*):
- They are a strong focus on nutritional, physical and lifestyle re-education;
- Prepared and executed by a multidisciplinary team;
- All programs begin with a medical consultation and assessments in different areas of the multidisciplinary team;
- Nutritional supervision, which includes 5 to 6 meals a day with technical supervision by a nutritionist and execution by a Chef;
- Daily PT/GSA sessions, with the exercise always adapted to the physiological characteristics of each client, which can be performed indoors or outdoors;
- SPA and thermal treatments and therapies in order to achieve the proposed objectives;
- They are not static programs and may undergo modifications according to the proposed objectives and results obtained;
- Allows you to reconcile and achieve physical and mental well-being;
- Follow up by the multidisciplinary team;
- Weight loss and weight gain programs have a minimum duration of 7 days/6 nights;
- The maintenance program lasts for a minimum of 4 days/3 nights;
