This fully equipped wellness area features a gym (cardio and resistance training) and offers traditional and holistic massage sessions, as well as beauty treatments, provided in partnership with Gernétic*, a brand of cosmetics known for its 100% natural ingredients. Gernétic invests in continuous research in the field of cell biology to develop its wide range of natural products. Focusing on regular cardio fitness training, the gym offers Personal Training services, allowing guests to benefit from training programmes specifically designed to meet their individual needs, including compound and isolation exercises.

Its location within the complex allows guests to exercise while enjoying superb views of the Alforfa Glacial Valley, the Unhais da Serra village and the Aqualudic pools.

ACCESS CONDITIONS

Gym facilities are available to hotel guests and/or health programme members only. Open daily, from 9:30 to 20:00. Guests are required to wear appropriate exercise clothing.

Towels and water will be provided.

Persons under the age of 16 shall not be allowed.
