Colour Therapy Sauna
Part of the Aqualudic’s Celtic Circuit, this type of sauna combines the benefits of a Dry Sauna with Colour Therapy. This type of therapy, which consists of using colour for healing purposes, was already used in ancient Egypt, India, Greece and China to achieve a healthy balance between body and mind.
